OneUp started in 2013, when three friends and mountain bike engineers launched a unique product to solve a problem they had on their bikes. At the time, they wanted a wider gear ratio without having to replace their whole drivetrain. This led to OneUp’s first product: the 42T Expander Sprocket. They quickly found out that riders everywhere wanted to improve their rides, for less, too. OneUp has been expanding its product line ever since.

Join the fun and celebrate with us in our upcoming West Kootenay Cycling Coalition community event, Go by Bike Week Nelson, alongside other BC communities. The challenge begins on Sept. 28th – Oct. 4th, 2020. Everyone is welcome; register yourself, family, business or team to record your rides.
After months of flattening the curve and riding our bikes we anticipate that Nelsonites will rise to the challenge of collectively choosing to ride a bike for transport in the week instead of using a motorized vehicle. Our goal is to ride 3000 km or more during the Go by Bike Week events.
The West Kootenay Cycling Coalition is an incorporated non-profit society whose purpose is to prioritize active transportation awareness, safety and infrastructure in Nelson and the surrounding area. Our mission is to further the needs of our cycling community through advocacy, guidance and education and to actualize our vision for the Kootenays of Safely Moving Together.
