GoByBike Penticton & the Penticton and Area Cycling Association has collaborated and added a Bike Swap Meet to the Wrap Up Celebration on June 4th, 2022! Sellers can register now to secure their stall to sell new or used bicycling gear: ready-to-ride bikes; bicycle frames; component parts, tag-a-longs; trailers, accessories, cycling clothing & shoes!

The Lowdown for the Event

  • Buy, or sell new or used bicycling gear: ready-to-ride bikes; bicycle frames & component parts, tag-a-longs & trailers, accessories, cycling clothing & shoes, bicycling books & videos, etc.
  • $5 per stall to Sell your own. Feel Free to share your stall with family or friends. Just remember us for an extra donation.
  • General Admission is Free.
  • Date: Saturday June 4th
  • Location: Gyro Park during the Saturday Farmers Market
  • Time: 11:00am – 1:00pm

For Buyers:

  • This event is open to the public. Buyers do not need to be PACA members.
  • Bring cash for your purchases (there are ATMs nearby). It’s up to each seller’s discretion if they will accept personal checks.
  • Be clear with each seller as to if your purchase is final or if they will accept returns or offer refunds.
  • Request a business card or contact information from the seller if you think you may have questions about an item at a later time. PACA will not be able to help you contact sellers after the event.

For Sellers:

  • This event is fully funded by PACA, therefore all sellers will be encouraged but not required to be a PACA member or sponsor. You may purchase a PACA membership at the event. Anyone who has purchased advertising or donated goods or services for PACA events in the past year may also sell.
  • ALL sellers MUST reserve a spot before June 2nd by completing the registration HERE
  • Sellers must be on site at all times to sell their own items, PACA does not have volunteers to sell your items or watch over them for you
  • Tables and chairs are not provided. Vendor location is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • You must arrive at 10:30am to begin set up, the event starts at 11:00am.
  • Please bring your own tables and chairs.
  • All sale items must be bicycling related.
  • You are responsible for the safety and security of all items brought to this event. Allow your items to be tested or leave them unattended only at your own risk.
  • Please be respectful of the facility. All unsold items must be taken with you or accepted for donation at the end of the event.
  • Clearly label each item. Include price, condition of the item (new, used, working, needs repair), and details (description, size, year purchased, miles / seasons ridden), and your name or initials.
  • Bring cash to make change for purchases. It’s up to your discretion if you will accept personal checks.
  • Be clear with each buyer as to whether your sales are final or if you will accept returns or offer refunds.
  • Consider bringing business cards with your name, e-mail, phone number, etc. in case a buyer has questions about an item at a later time.
