Hornby Organics Breaks a New Record with 2024 Snack Sponsorship

The 30th annual Go Bike Bike Week will be supported by Hornby Organic’s Snack Snack Sponsorship, valued at over $24,000 – A new record!

As the 30th annual Go By Bike Week (GBBW) approaches, Capital Bike is thrilled to announce a new record: the largest Snack Sponsorship in GBBW history! Hornby Organic has stepped up with a generous contribution valued at over $24,000.

“Partnering with Capital Bike aligns perfectly with our company’s mission,” says Cayleigh Rees, Co-Owner of Hornby Organic. “We promote healthy living while doing good for the planet, and Go By Bike Week embodies those values.”

Go By Bike Week is a free, community event that encourages residents to embrace cycling. With over 10,000 participants annually, it’s one of the Capital Region’s biggest celebrations. This year’s event runs from June 3rd to 9th and features 13 Celebration Stations scattered across the region. Cyclists can look forward to grabbing a free Hornby Organic energy bar at each station – the perfect on-the-go fuel for their rides!

“Our bars are packed with delicious, organic calories and fit easily in a pocket or backpack,” Rees continues. “We hope providing them at the Celebration Stations will entice new riders to join the fun. Getting people out cycling – that’s what it’s all about!”

Participants who log their rides are not only fueling up with Hornby Organics, but they’re also entered to win fantastic prizes. In addition to a grand prize of a North Face duffle bag filled with Hornby Organic products (valued over $500!), there’s a prize pool exceeding $25,000 up for grabs. This includes:

• A brand new Evo E5000 electric bike from JK’s Bicycleitis
• A Marin Kentfield 1 courtesy of BC Transit
• A Felt Verza Speed 50 Hybrid bike from Goldstream Bicycles
• The ultimate cycling adventure in Italy – the Go By Bike BC Provincial Prize
